2024 Summer Fall Flag Football
The Season is Here!
Join YLL Youth Flag Football Organization in Key West @ Goerge Mira Field Every Sunday this summer starting June 2nd- July 28th.
This 7-practice/6-game season held on Saturday or Sunday's, this is a 5 vs. 5, non-contact, recreational, co-ed format league. Our goal is to strive to limit teams to 5-8 players per team to give every child a chance to play on both Offense and Defense on a team. This is the best program for first time players who want to learn the fundamentals of flag football and a wonderful opportunity for players who want to continue enhancing their skills and techniques in there skilled position who may already play Flag or Tackle Football.
Practices and Games will occur back-to-back, between 2:00 am until 5:00 pm on Sunday's (subject to change depending on field availability and league size). The exact schedules will be created and posted 1-2 weeks prior to the season start. All Practices are taken place one hour prior to game time each weekend on either Saturday or Sunday game days, to ensure a convenient and smooth and fun experience for all parents and kids! Schedule times may vary from week to week.
All 32 NFL teams will be represented within this league! Players will receive an authentic NFL reversible jersey for their team and a flag belt, that's theirs to keep! 1st Grade thru 4rd Grade divisions (Lombardi and Shula) will receive individual participation awards at the end of the season. Madden and Elite divisions 5th thru 10th grade will participate in playoff games on the last day of the season - the 1st and 2nd place teams only will receive awards.
There are no try-outs! Everyone Has a shot at being GREAT!
Our program relies on parents and family volunteers to coach and manage our teams! We encourage all family members interested in volunteering to do so during the registration process. We will provide you several resources, along with a comprehensive informational meeting before, to ensure all coaches have a fun and successful season! Register to Head Coach this Fall and receive a free season of play in the Mid-Winter 2022.
Registration ends June 1st, 2022. Late Registration after June 23rd is based on availability and carries an additional $25 charge onto registration.
Season Start Date - Meet and Greet/1st Practice: June 2nd
First Game: June 16th
Second Game: June 23th
Third Game: June 30th
Fourth Game: July 14th
Fifth Game and Picture Day: July 21h
Six Game: July 28th
Last Game Will be Tournament Rally Championship games: July 28th
Makeup Date: To be determine (YLL NFL FLAG only will authorize use of this date in the unlikely event of weather delays and/or field conflicts)
Payment Plan available: Pay just $45 at registration and the remaining balance will be automatically charged to your credit card on before the season starts
Registrations will be accepted after the deadline based on availability and will incur an additional cost of $25.00 for the late-add process. An additional $10 rush shipping charge will also be applied to any registrations taken within 2 weeks of the season start date.
Due to our COVID-19 environment we will continue to host virtual coaches’ meetings this season. All equipment including jerseys, flag belts & merchandise purchased at registration, will be shipped directly to your home. A $8.99 shipping fee will be added on to all participants registrations.
